You can register for these classes by going to the DNR Training Center - DNR Training and typing “Warren” into the search field to find the class. Email Jim Priebe or call the WCCB at 515/961-6169 with questions.
Traditional courses are normally held in two sessions: a Thursday evening session from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and a Saturday session from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Students must pick up a packet and complete homework prior to class. Attendance at both sessions is required. The student’s full name, date of birth and social security number will be needed for the Iowa DNR to provide certification. You provide registration information through the Iowa DNR's secure web site at the Training Center link above.
